So let's do this! Let's get the Rurouni Kenshin film a wider U.S. release! Because I sure as hell would rather watch it on the big screen then find a bootleg copy online!
In other news, I'm not very good with keeping my journal updated very often... but I guess that isn't really news if you've been following (or know me) for a long time.
Anywho, I've been mostly unemployed for a good long time now (YAY!... or something).
I graduated university last May (2011) with a Bachelor in Fine Arts! I had spent the year before working on my senior film and lived under a rock (actually, the animation desk), holed up in the back of the senior studio room. It was strange and mostly fun being cooped up in that room for that long amount of time. The best part was the final review. We spent the entire day at Review watching every animation student's work from the last year, had pizza, and when my class returned to studio to pick up, we all just ended up throwing blankets and pillows on the floor and falling asleep on top of one another. We were so dead tired. But it was great!
Still chugging along on Misaki's Courtship of Lady Tokio. Even after all these years of fist reading the fic, I still love it. It's such a wonderful story and so well written. It's hard to find such a spot on characterization fic of any series. And even harder to find one that is actually written with care and thought. I just wish there could be more gundamW fics that had this kind of care given to them (CoughFrozenTrainwreakCough).
So for now, I guess that's it.
