Oooo~! Very awesome! I absolutely love the way you drew her long flowing hair - in fact, her entire hair style is very beautiful! And I especially love the way you created the transparency of the water with alternate shading and use of cross-hatching in areas where the water is in front of her. Such a brilliant idea! At first glance, I couldn't help but think that the triangular edging on her skirt is a bit reminiscent of shinsengumi uniforms - a shinsengumi waterbender! Hehe, no worries though, as that particular design is common across many cultures, so the shinsengumi thought was simply a momentary one. A fantastic sketch, Eeni!
